Bend, Oregon – NorthWest Crossing, an award-winning mixed-use Central Oregon neighborhood, today announced that one of its Neighborhood Center buildings has received its final certification from the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Core and Shell (LEED-CS) Program at the Silver level.
