Donation Request Application

Brooks Resources is dedicated to giving a minimum of 3% of its annual pre-tax income back to the Central Oregon communities in which we operate.  The average amount of our grants to non-profits is $2,500, and the range of grants is generally $100 – 5,000.  Considerations are given to requests for operating support, and specific program or event support.  Grant requests are reviewed on a monthly basis by volunteer members of the staff that represent various departments within Brooks Resources.  Grants are only awarded to non-profit organizations {501(c)(3)}, not individuals.  Prior to submitting a request, please be sure that your request falls into one of the categories we support below.   

A break down of the areas in which support and the targeted percentage of our annual granting budget are as follows:  

Environmental/Conservation/Recreation 4%  
Health 6%  
Education 7%  
Housing 16%  
Community Support 18% 
Arts and Culture 19%  
Social Services 30%  

These areas and percentages are subject to change annually.
