Bend, Oregon – NorthWest Crossing, Central Oregon’s largest mixed-use neighborhood, today announced that its group of 25 approved builders will now be called the “NorthWest Crossing Builders’ Guild.” The new name was born in part from the development-wide implementation of a new customer satisfaction survey system from GuildQuality.
“Formalizing the name of our builder team is just a small part of an overall goal to provide our builders with quality feedback, and support them through building a good reputation,” said David Ford, general manager for NorthWest Crossing. “We are looking forward to employing this new survey system to provide valuable data that cannot only be used for customer service, but also generate positive information for use by our sales team.”
The GuildQuality survey provides NorthWest Crossing and its Builders’ Guild with actionable feedback, performance trends and peer benchmarking on a local and national level. GuildQuality independently surveys home buyers within NorthWest Crossing and provides detailed data on customer experience. These statistics are delivered in highly usable reports that can be used in marketing efforts and for internal efforts in improving customer service.
NorthWest Crossing is a mixed-use community on Bend’s west side which was selected as the 2006 Most Successful Development in Oregon by BUILDERnews magazine and was also a 2006 featured project by the Urban Land Institute.
