Christi Haynes

Owner Relations Manager

Christi has been in Bend since 1998, after relocating her family from Campbell, California where she was born and raised. In 1999, Christi was hired by Brooks Resources as a Marketing Assistant, wearing many hats for the company, before being asked to be involved in the company’s newest development, NorthWest Crossing 23 years ago. Christi has been instrumental to the success of this award-winning community since its inception, assisting residents and tenants, and managing the Architectural Review Committee. Christi is now the Builder Relations Manager for all of Brooks Resources projects, including the company’s newest development, Discovery West.

Christi is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training and has served as a team leader for the program. Christi is active in the Bend Food Project, 100+ Women Who Care of Central Oregon and on the Brooks Resources Contributions Committee, as well as a member of the company’s newly formed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Christi lives in NorthWest Crossing and is most proud of her two handsome sons, both college graduates of Oregon State University.
