We are pleased to announce that our newest project, a beautiful office development, is poised to make its debut in Bend, Oregon’s NorthWest Crossing! We are thrilled to present Shevlin Crossing where “history and progress meet.” Our plans consist of two future buildings, versatilely created to meet a wide number of office space needs – currently available for pre-lease.
At Brooks Resources, our history is firmly planted in the region’s timber heritage, with roots going all the way back to the Brooks-Scanlon sawmills. We’ve designed both buildings with this legacy in mind, as they feature a cross-laminated, mass timber design. These interiors flow seamlessly to large outdoor spaces that celebrate our beautiful Central Oregon landscape.
An abundance of natural light shows off the progressive design and the graceful, open aesthetics of the interior space. Like all the buildings in the neighborhood, Shevlin Crossing will be built sustainably, and feature state-of-the-art, highly efficient HVAC systems, renewable building materials and include air filters used by LEED-certified projects for the best indoor air quality.
Generous onsite parking is in the works, at a parking ratio of 4.87:1,000. In addition, 19 total covered employee bike parking spaces and a customer bike area will be built to accommodate alternative transportation options.
This Class A office project will be located at the intersection of NW Crossing Drive and NW Shevlin Park Road, and is currently available for pre-leasing through Compass Commercial Real Estate Services. Construction is anticipated to begin in spring 2022 on the first phase which includes 19,055 square feet. A second phase will follow, for the next building, consisting of another 26,000 square feet.
