Construction and leasing activity has been strong and exceeded expectations at District 2 East (D2E) in NorthWest Crossing. Construction has just wrapped up on the first building and we are excited to welcome our first tenant, Five Talent on the campus in December. Construction on three of the remaining buildings is moving along smoothly and on time, with Plateau Forest Products anticipated to occupy their space in July, and dutchie moving in the fall of 2020. Construction on the fifth and final building will begin shortly. Of the 52,210 square feet of new office space in this innovative and creative campus, 60% is leased and a lease for 100% of an entire building is in final negotiations.
