District 2 is the newest commercial and mixed-employment campus on Bend’s west side. Located in the award-winning NorthWest Crossing neighborhood, District 2 will be a vibrant, innovative and inclusive commercial campus comprised of 5 buildings, close to the outdoors and dining, retail and services.

One of the last remaining mixed-employment parcels in NorthWest Crossing had the potential to offer a vibrant hub for innovative companies looking for a home. The 4-acre site has a desirable location—close to recreation, dining, shopping and services, all in an award-winning, mixed-use community.
Taylor Development had successfully completed a campus to the west, housing such companies as Hydro Flask, Kollective and Thump coffee. In 2018, Brooks joined forces with Taylor Development to design and build a similar campus on the Potts Ct. cul-de-sac. The project includes five buildings totaling just over 52,000 square feet of commercial and office space. Building designs promote an open and spacious feel with abundant light, creating a beautiful and inspiring workspace. The goal was to build a campus that would attract innovative, entrepreneurial tenants in complementary industries that share a collaborative and social culture—a shared sense of community fostering collaboration, interaction and inclusivity.
Prior to groundbreaking, our first tenant was secured and the campus is currently 100% leased. Current tenants include Bend Bioscience, SkyNRG, Plateau Forest Products, Stifel, Generac, and Puffin. Taylor Brooks continues to manage and operate District 2 East.
