In this position, Cohen will be responsible for recording and reporting the financial results of operations, measuring performance and developing and monitoring control systems. Cohen has more than 10 years experience in corporate accounting.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCarrie\u2019s proven track record of financial leadership, and her commitment to accuracy makes her the perfect person for this detail-oriented position,\u201d said Jade Mayer, Chief Financial Officer for Brooks Resources. \u201cShe brings positive energy and solid work experience to our team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cohen will also be responsible for controlling financial systems, reports, forecasts and budgets for the company, while managing accountants across the Brooks Resources family of companies. She will also be preparing board books, audits, taxes and appraisals for the company on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining Brooks Resources, Cohen was a corporate accounting manager with Gradient Resources and assistant controller with Edge Wireless.
