2 East Seeing Strong Start"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Construction and leasing activity has been strong and exceeded expectations at District 2 East (D2E) in <a href=\"https:\/\/northwestcrossing.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">NorthWest Crossing<\/a>.\u00a0 Construction has just wrapped up on the first building and we are excited to welcome our first tenant, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fivetalent.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Five Talent<\/a> on the campus in December.\u00a0 Construction on three of the remaining buildings is moving along smoothly and on time, with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.plateaufp.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Plateau Forest Products<\/a> anticipated to occupy their space in July, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dutchie.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">dutchie <\/a>moving in the fall of 2020.\u00a0 Construction on the fifth and final building will begin shortly.\u00a0 Of the 52,210 square feet of new office space in this innovative and creative campus, 60% is leased and a lease for 100% of an entire building is in final negotiations.\u00a0 If you are
