2018 Annual Wall Calendar Released

Brooks Resources’ nearly 40-year tradition continues with the release of their 2018 wall calendar. This year’s calendar features a stunning starry sky over the Cascade Mountains, a photography by Nate Wyeth Photography. Annual wall calendars are free to community members and can be picked up at the corporate office, located at 409 NW Franklin Avenue in downtown Bend. The office is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm. New westside community in planning phases

In January of 2017, NWX2, LLC (Brooks Resources and other partners who developed NorthWest Crossing) purchased a 245-acre property located west of NorthWest Crossing and east of the Tree Farm. This property was included in the December 2016 Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) expansion. The company is currently in the master planning phase of this new community, named Discovery West. Discovery West will have 650 total residential units; single family homes, townhomes, cottages, and multi-family units including duplexes and triplexes. more >

The developers of NorthWest Crossing announced today that they have purchased 245 acres from the Miller family. The property, which was included in the recent expansion of the Bend Urban Growth Boundary, is bordered by William E. Brooks Resources Promotes Two Long-Time Employees

Brooks Resources Corporation today announced that Jade Mayer has been promoted to vice president and Valerie Yost has been promoted to director of marketing. Jade Mayer joined Brooks Resources in 1999 as corporate controller and was promoted to chief financial officer in 2003. He will continue to serve as CFO along with his new role as vice president.
